5K Race
EVENT
The NSMSG will host a 5 km race at the top of Tuff St/Indian Rd, as outlined by Jade Gould. Start location: Tuff St/Old Indian Rd.

Number of Athletes
Each Community may enter ten (10) male and ten (10) female athletes for each age category.

As determined by the sports coordinator and the 2026 hosting community.
COMPETITION FORMAT
This event will take place in the hosting community.
OFFICIALS
All officials, including line persons and scorekeepers, will be designated and approved by the Host Community.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
Competitors must wear their numbers on the front and back of their vests.
