Each sport and division has a maximum number of athletes permitted per community. Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly encourage early registration to guarantee your athlete’s spot in their preferred sports!
Important Notes
IMPORTANT: Only one form of registration is required. If you have already submitted your registration online, please do not submit a paper form. If you have already submitted a paper form, please do not register again online.
Registering multiple family members? Please note that each athlete requires their own individual, fully completed paper form.
Need to make changes? If you have already submitted your form and need to update your contact information or sport selections, please contact your Community Sports Coordinator, Recreation Department, or Leadership Summer Games Representative directly. Please do not submit a second registration form.
What You Need Before You Start
Our form allows you to register up to 15 family members at once! Because divisions fill up fast, please track down this information before you begin so you can submit your form smoothly:
Full legal names and dates of birth for all athletes (required to place them in the correct age divisions).
Band/Community affiliation details.
Top sport selections for each participant (up to 4 total sports per athlete, consisting of 2 individual sports and 2 team sports).
Emergency contact info and any relevant medical/allergy notes.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How many sports can one athlete register for? Each athlete can select up to 4 sports (two team and two individual) to avoid major scheduling conflicts during the 10 days of competition.
Can I save my form and finish it later? Yes! Our Jotform registration has a "Save and Continue Later" feature. If you need to track down a birthdate or sport preference, just click save at the bottom of the form, and a link to resume will be emailed to you.
What happens after I submit my registration?You will receive a confirmation email detailing your submission and the sports slots you chose. (It may take a few minutes, and we recommend checking your Junk folder.) Your local community sports coordinator will be in touch as the games approach with information on practices and travel logistics.
