On behalf of the Sipekne’katik First Nation, I am thrilled to welcome the athletes, families, and communities from across Mi’kma’ki to the 2026 Nova Scotia Mi’kmaw Summer Games.

The Summer Games have been a cornerstone of Mi’kmaw sport and spirit, and we are honoured to host this tradition once again. Our team has been working hard to prepare our venues and our Nation to ensure this year’s Games are an unforgettable experience for everyone.
