Food & Beverage Vendors (Note: Food vendors must provide proof of liability insurance and valid food handling permits ).

Vendor Space Options & Pricing:
You can apply to secure your space for the full event or book on a day-by-day basis:
Weekly Vendor Space:$500.00
Applies to August 13–23, 2026
Requires a refundable $150.00 damage depositTotal Cost:$650.00
Daily Vendor Space:$100.00 per day

Important Terms: All vendor spaces must be paid in full prior to the event. To receive a full refund of your $150.00 damage deposit, your vendor space must be left clean and completely undamaged. All vendors must adhere to standard health, safety, fire, and event regulations.
