Following the launch of online Housing Work Orders in July 2025, Sipekne'katik Housing is pleased to announce that Housing Applications can now be completed online. This flexible and convenient choice is part of our ongoing effort to make essential services more accessible to our community!

Important Notes:

Waitlist: The new online option is for convenience of submission only. All applications are placed on the waitlist according to the date and time of receipt and are subject to the existing Housing Policy.

Already Applied? If you have a complete application on file for this year, you do not need to resubmit. Your existing application is being processed. Per housing policy 12.3, members of Sipekne’katik Band are responsible for the updating of their housing application each year, prior to March 31, or as their circumstances change.
