Please be advised that the department staff will perform the Fall Hydrant Flush and Inspections on October 27th and 28th, 2025.

Residents are asked not to utilize their hot water taps when the workers are in their neighbourhood. After the flush is complete, residents may have some discoloured water from their taps. Please run your COLD WATER tap until the water is clear.

This annual flushing is to remove the sediments that have collected throughout the distribution lines from fire hydrant use and water main breaks.

The flushing will begin on Tower Road and end on Eagles Nest Road within two days.
