COMMUNITY ADVISORY: Speed Hump Installation
DATE: August 11th, 2026
Installation of new speed humps across the community will begin on Wednesday, August 12th, 2026, at 9:00 AM. These traffic calming measures are being put in place to enhance safety for pedestrians, youth, and families.
Speed Hump Locations
New speed Humps have been installed in the following areas:
• Meadow Drive, after the intersection of Meadow Brook Road
• Church Street, just before LSK School
• Tuff Street, after the intersection of Poplar Drive
Driver Safety Reminders
• Drive with Caution: Please slow down and use extra care when driving through active work zones and areas with newly installed speed humps.
• Observe Signage: Pay attention to posted speed limit and speed hump signage throughout the community.
• Keep Community Roads Safe: Lowering speeds helps protect everyone walking or playing near local roadways.
