The final list of candidates for the upcoming Sipekne’katik Election on November 2, 2026, is now available to view!

Important Notes for Voters:

Declined Nominations: Any candidate can decline after this date; however, their names will still appear on the ballot, and the Electoral Officer cannot disclose who has declined.

Mail-In Ballots: If you live on reserve and cannot vote in person on Election Day, you must request a mail-in ballot as soon as possible. Please consider Elders and electors with healthcare or other concerns who may need this option.

How to Request a Ballot: The request must come directly from the person needing the ballot (no third-party requests accepted) and must include your name, address, and band number. No home visits will be available for dropping off ballots.
