Submit a Ticket

Employees of the Band, must submit a ticket to the IT department to receive assistance for any technical matters.

Submitting a ticket

  • Email the IT team to submit your ticket. Be sure to include information such as your first and last name, your phone number, your department/facility, a description of the issue and what devices the issue is taking place on.

  • Once your email is received, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging a ticket has been created. Through the ticket, you can monitor the progress of your support.

    Due to the high volume of tickets received daily, we cannot provide timelines for support. Our team does their best to address tickets as efficiently as possible.
